Maxima
A range of methacrylate glass capsules that provide high performance and vibration resistance when used with threaded studs. The chemical composition of the capsules is particularly effective in wet conditions, making it ideal for use on any construction site where high performance in concrete is required. A range of Ø8 - 24mm Maxima capsules and zinc plated and A4 stainless steel studs are available.
Epcon
Epcon is simply the best performing injection resin currently available. This epoxy formulation has been used on many prestigious projects including the Channel Tunnel, M11 extension and the Dartford Tunnel refurbishment. Amongst its many superior features are very high performance even at shallow embedment; tolerance to oversized diameter holes without loss of performance; approval for use in contact with potable water. Epcon is available in two cartridge sizes and can be installed by either a manually operated or pneumatic applicator gun.As well as using threaded studs or rebar with Epcon two accessories have been developed to deal with problem applications that regularly arise in construction projects. ATP is an engineered internally threads insert that when used with Epcon provides very high performance at shallow embedment depths. The system has been used at many entertainment venues including the Roland Garros Tennis Stadium, Paris and Glasgow Rangers Football Club where it was used to provide fixing points for crowd control barriers. Satelis is used with Epcon to achieve high performance in hollow materials. The unique 'umbrella' design of the Satelis body enables secure fixings to be made to soffit, wall or floor utilising either an internally threaded socket or stud in thread Ø6-12mm.
Epomix
Epomix is a 'mix in the nozzle' vinylester resin injection anchor available in 2 cartridge sizes that can all be dispensed from the same applicator gun. Vinylester resin provides good mid range performance for all non-critical applications in any base material. A range of Ø8 - 24mm zinc plated and A4 stainless steel studs are available, together with sieves for installations in hollow base materials.
