Tapcon
This innovative self-tapping screw is the recommended fixing method of leading manufacturers of pre-stressed hollow concrete beams for fixing to their products. Tapcon cuts a thread into a pre drilled hole, therefore exerting no stress on the base material which means that fixings can be made closer to edges and at reduced centres than many expansion anchors. Being all steel with a friction reducing coating, Tapcon is ideal for use in applications where a fire rating is required. It is available in two diameters in either hex or countersunk head styles and the range can accommodate fixture thicknesses up to 90mm.
Teks
The original self drilling, self tapping screw for steel, Teks screws are available for fixing steel to steel with a hex headed screw or timber to steel with a countersunk screw. The range caters for base steel thicknesses from 1.5 to 12.5mm and fixtures up to 100mm.
Insulation Anchors

Dektite
Dektite® is a one piece rubber pipe flashing system. It is designed to accommodate the flashing of various pipe and flue materials onto a range of flat or profiled roof and wall sheets.The Dektite® system is designed to completely weatherproof pipes and flues wherever they penetrate profiled roofs and walls. Dektite® eliminates the need for special purpose soakers or flashings and can be easily installed by one person. The flexible rubber material allows for pipe movement due to expansion and contraction or vibration, maintaining a weatherproof seal.Typical applications include plumbing, heating and air conditioning pipes and flues, ventilation pipes and ducts, Safety rails, dust extraction plant, electrical services, marine applications and solar panel systems.
Correctly installed, Dektite® provides a close watertight compression fit around the pipe and a permanent seal at the base eliminating costly callbacks. The pleated design accommodates various roof pitches and relieves stress at the pipe connection and the flexible aluminium base is easily shaped by hand to suit a wide range of profile designs. Unique annular rings provide a key beneath base for silicone sealant. Dektite® will not corrode as it is made from EPDM or silicone rubber and aluminium. The Dektite range includes:
Mini Dektite
Suitable for individual wires, cables and pipes up to 35mm diameter.
Stripflash Dektite
Flexible Dektite® system for use on large ducting, square or round pipes, parapet flashing, chimneys, skylights and expansion joint details. Solves problems associated with non-standard flashing details. Supplied in 10m roll lengths. Can be cut or joined to provide required lengths. EPDM rubber gives high resistance to ozone, weather and water
Round Base Dektite
Range for normal applications. Suitable for 5mm diameter Cables and rods and up to 480mm diameter. pipes and flues.
Retrofit Dektite
For use in awkward applications or for repairing around failed flashings. Incorporates special stainless steel closure feature providing watertight seal and maximum corrosion resistance. No need to dismantle cowls or guy lines. Easy to use on tall pipes.
Soaker Dektite
Eliminates damming effect between ribs. Provides flat tray area for easy water run-off. Suits wide range of pipe diameters - 75mm to 610mm. Profiled top and bottom edges -minimal distortion of flashing by profiled sheet.
